The absolute worst service and attentiveness to clients. I would highly recommend using a different group as the account managers at Alliance are unresponsive and terrible at answering questions. I ended up having to pay an amount for a policy I did not want due to a lack of responsiveness.

The team at Alliance is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our small company utilizes many of their services for a fraction of the cost it would be if we did them in-house. Payroll is now a breeze and we've recently added HR services which is making my life much easier. I highly recommend this group!
